My Story
Welcome to the transformative journey with Erica Champion, a dedicated temple rebuilder, faith-based life coach, and a beacon of light for those seeking spiritual and emotional connection. As your guide on this path, I specialize in working with women who feel spiritually and emotionally disconnected, offering a holistic approach that encompasses the mind, body, and soul. I decided to take a step, August of 2021 and join the Health Coach Institute to attain my Certifications as a Life/Health Coach along with my associate degree as a Physical Fitness Specialist that I received from Penn State in 2009 so that I can execute my mission of helping women further.

My mission is to assist you in the reconstruction of your temple—mind, body, and soul—so that you can embrace the purpose that arises from your pain. Through faith-based coaching, I empower you to rebuild yourself into the divine version that God has called you to be. Together, we embark on a profound exploration of your inner self, paving the way for healing, growth, and a restored connection to your faith.

My Mission
At the heart of Temple Rebuilder's mission lies a deeply personal journey—a journey that began in the face of heart-wrenching loss with the passing of my beloved mother to COVID-19 in 2022. Fueled by the profound impact of this pain, and the pain of other life experience, I embarked on a purpose-driven path to transform my life's experiences into a source of healing and empowerment for others.
Our mission is rooted in the belief that through this transformative program, individuals can not only navigate through their pain but emerge stronger, more aligned with their purpose, and intimately connected to the unwavering love of Jesus. My heartfelt desire is for every participant to discover the depth of Jesus' love, gain a profound understanding of their identity in His eyes, and stride confidently in alignment with their God-given assignment.
